Handcrafted frames for Harleys.
Made from experiences in bikebuilding since 1982.

With CNC machined billet steel mounts in ST52-3 and precision steel tubes in ST52-4.
Tig (Heli Arc) welded and cooled in a fully adjustable jig.

Our Chopper frames has rear tail 3/4" shorter and does not work with belt.
To use belt make sure we got all the correct information.

About Northern Cruiser

Built for Evo & TC A/B (Long primarys).
Pivot axle CNC machined in stainless steel with SKF tapered bearings & seals.
Motor mounts CNC machined with smooth design in billet steel
Smooth steering neck with built in bearingcups & hidden forkstop.
Axle mounts in stainless steel with aluminum covers.
Rear transmission mount lazercut in extra heavy 8mm(5/16") steel.
Support tubes between center tube & seat tubes.
Including rearaxle & bracket for lower triple tree (hidden forkstop).
This frame takes up to 200mm (8") tire with chain, 180mm (71/4") with 1 1/2" belt.
Foot control mounts for FXR (2 holes leftside) use weld on kickstands
Motor and transmission mount is on the frames center line
Use shocks for Softail 89-up.
Replace belt easy, just take off left side of pivotaxle (Axle kit made of 3 pieces).
All frames come in each customers wish & desire in stretch and rake.
